Who We Are
myLOLs is a community platform where people can share personal LOLs, experiences, secrets, lessons, and moments that may be funny, embarrassing, unbelievable, inspiring, or meaningful. LOLs can be shared anonymously or under an anonymous or pen name, allowing contributors to participate without publicly displaying their real identity.
Our Mission
We believe that many of the LOLs people find hardest to tell can also be the LOLs that help others feel understood, learn from an experience, or simply laugh. Our mission is to provide a welcoming platform where people can share their experiences while giving users meaningful choices about how their identity is presented publicly.
Free to Read
LOLs on myLOLs are free to read without requiring a paid subscription or account. Some features may require authentication or additional information. The platform may be supported through advertising, donations, or other services, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Anonymous Community
myLOLs is designed to support anonymous participation. LOLs, comments, and reactions may be displayed without publicly identifying the person who submitted them. Anonymous participation does not mean that no technical information is processed. Information may be processed for security, moderation, fraud prevention, advertising, platform operation, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Why We Built It
myLOLs was created around a simple idea: almost everyone has an experience they have struggled to tell. We provide a place where people can share those experiences, discover different perspectives, and connect through LOLs while respecting applicable community standards and privacy considerations.
Anonymous Authors
Authors can publish LOLs without publicly displaying their real identity. Eligible authors who participate in the donation program receive a unique LOL ID and LOL Claim Code. These identifiers may be used as part of the process for verifying eligible donation claims. Authors are responsible for keeping their claim information confidential.
Supporting Authors
Readers may have the option to support eligible LOLs through voluntary donations. Where the donation program applies, authors may claim eligible donations using the applicable LOL Claim Code and verification process. Donations and payouts are subject to eligibility requirements, verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, applicable laws, and the Terms of Service.
Our Community
We are building a community where people can share experiences, discover different perspectives, and interact respectfully. We encourage honest sharing while prohibiting content and activity that violate our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or community standards. Content may be reviewed or removed when necessary to protect users and the integrity of the platform.
Privacy and Advertising
myLOLs may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, improve performance, maintain security, understand usage, and support advertising. Third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, may process information for advertising and measurement purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements and their own policies. When sharing a LOL, comment, image, or other content, you are responsible for what you publish. Please avoid including sensitive personal information about yourself or other people unless you have the necessary rights or permission to share it.
